As a full time REALTOR since 2005 , I have successfully negotiated and closed many Southwest Louisiana properties with buyers, sellers and investors. I am recognized within the Lake Charles community for listing and selling homes in Calcasieu Parish.
My real estate experience emphasizes relationships with people! As a resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana since 1981, I am extremely familiar with the Southwest Louisiana area and Calcasieu Parish.
I also believe its important to give back to the community where I live. A few of my volunteer activities have been through service with the Jr. Leauge of Lake Charles, Rebuilding Together Calcasieu, Free to Breath, Ethel Precht Hope Breast Cancer and several other civic and non profit events. As a result, I enjoy writing about my experiences out and about in Lake Charles in my Lake Charles Real Estate Blog.
You will find me a fun, person to be around very active in my Lake Charles community. However, I am always accessible to my clients 7 days a week and make communication a priority!
I am the Mother of two grown children who attended public schools K-12 in the community of Sulphur Louisiana . My husband, Craig Boudreaux, is a loan originator with Jeff Davis Bank . We often work together as a REALTOR/Loan Officer team to better serve our clients. This gives me an advantage as a REALTOR when it comes to obtaining instant pre approvals and financing options for my Buyers since I have a straight line of communication with the loan officer!
When I’m not busy assisting clients I enjoy spending time with my family, attending community social activities, staying active outdoors and watching college football!!
